Grim Nights 2 Why do you need the Part I Ruin of Thandar expansion? In the campaign game, you “level up” as you play (getting new cards, new Skills, new Abilities, and new Treasure). The Character Packs give you a little more specialization (almost but not quite Variable Player Powers), and a little more flavor to the game: Each Character Pack has 18 cards (replacing the base starting cards, and adding two “ability” cards). Automatic cultivation and tribulation crossing for disciples, reading precious books, and recreating once-in-a-lifetime adventures in The Lost Village. Additionally, you can refine artifacts, make pills, grow spiritual fields, and assign disciples to complete missions off the mountain, bringing life and vitality to your sect!
